- AT Osborne advised the Dutch Minister of Transport on the improvement of the public governance of rail infrastructure manager ProRail and train operating companies.
- AT Osborne performed several risk assessments and audits on heavy and light rail projects.
- AT Osborne advised Dutch Rail Infrastructure manager ProRail on deregulating and capacity management issues.
- AT Osborne advises the Dutch Minister of Transport on the concession for passenger transport on the main rail network. The current concession is granted to the Dutch railways (NS) and expires in 2015. The government will decide on the new concession no later than 2011.
